Came back to the pool and was able to meet the property manager Mandy. She stated that they received a call on the emergency line about the light the night before as well and she came back as soon as she could. She closed the pool at that time. Light fixture still damaged. Mandy had just gotten out of the pool, where she walked the entire bottom to see if she could find the screw at the bottom of the pool. She stated that when the light came out, the breaker tripped so there was no potential hazard but they still will repair the light ASAP. Mandy was going to keep the pool closed until the light was repaired. Mandy stated that the previous morning they did find a dead mouse in one of the skimmer. The mouse was removed and the chlorine was increased immediately. Asked Mandy about the metal pilot holes along the decking and she said those are for the winter cover. None of those metal pieces were sharp or unsafe, causing no hazards. Mandy provided me with the emergency phone number of 937-823-2488 and stated that all residents are provided with this number in the welcome packets that they receive when they move in. I told Mandy that I would stop by later in the afternoon to make sure that the light was repaired.
