Repeat Observed a missing/broken floor tile.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval. Due to hazards, fix or replace the missing floor tile.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed a ph above 8.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Observed an alkalinity of 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
