[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b) / SVRS device(s) shall be functional.
Critical Observed that the StingL (SVRS) was not functioning.
In order to reduce entrapment, the SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration shall be brought back into operation. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. Discussed this with PIC.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Observed that Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection (no flo).
In order to reduce the risk of potential health and safety hazards, ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly. Discussed this with PIC.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Observed incomplete records (missing location information and dates).
In order to reduce the risk of potential health hazards, the licensee /authorized representative shall maintain complete operational records. All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Discussed with PIC.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) / Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps shall have an air gap and remain open to freely drain.
Observed no air gap on the sand filter discharge line.
In order to reduce the risk of contamination, ensure that all discharge lines have air gap. Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely. Repair the line so that an air gap is provided.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) / All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
Critical Observed the StingL SVRS devices were not maintained or not functional.
In order to reduce the risk of entrapment, the SVRS devices shall be maintained or functional. Restore all SVRS devices to proper working order to prevent entrapment or evisceration. Discussed with PIC.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.
Critical Observed that the equalizer lines (below the skimmers) were not in compliance.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, outlet covers shall meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 standards. Replace nonapproved outlet covers with covers that meet the ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 standard. Equalizer lines shall have compliant covers or be removed or plugged. Discussed this with PIC.
