[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Observed Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly (in alarm) at the time of the inspection
In order to reduced the risk of health hazards, ensure ACC is working properly and out of alarm. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Observed that Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.

Observed pool free chlorine disinfect residual was below 1ppm
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure free chlorine residual is at 1ppm or above. Do not operate pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
Comments
ACC is no longer in alarm, however the ACC is displaying a pH(7.0) that does not match the actual pH of the pool (8.0). ph is too high and needs lowered to be in the range of 7.2-7.8.
