Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided. No emergency telephone sign had yet been posted next to the telephone box. In order to ensure easy access to an emergency telephone, it is necessary that a sign identifying the telephone be provided. Provide a sign for the telephone. Discussed with the PIC, who showed a new sign that was scheduled to be posted as soon as possible.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.

The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining good operational records. The daily logs for the pool were incomplete, sometimes incorrect, and several entries were on the wrong lines. In order to allow an assessment of records and in order to demonstrate proper maintenance of the facility, it is necessary that good records be kept. Keep good records for the pool.
All facility records must be correct.
3701-31-04 (B)(5)/Records are maintained for at least two years
Records were not maintained for at least two years.Unable to check past records. In order to ensure proper record-keeping, it is necessary that records be kept for at least two years and be available upon request. Maintain all records for the facility and keep at least two years of records on-site for review.

Emergency device (telephone) was not working. The emergency telephone did not work.
