Critical Bromine disinfectant residual was less than 4 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the bromine disinfectant residual is at 4 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was > 8.0.
pH must be within the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(7) / Spa water temperature is less than 104 degrees Fahrenheit/ thermometer is provided
Repeat Spa water temperature was 104.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do not operate the spa at a water temperature greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Reduce the water temperature to 104 degrees or less.
3701-31-04(D) (6) (a) / Spa bromine disinfectant residual is above 4 ppm.
Spa bromine disinfectant residual was 0 ppm.
Spa bromine residual MUST be 4 ppm or above to ensure disinfection. Do not operatre the spa until the bromine disinfectant residual is at 4 ppm or above.

Total alkalinity must be at least 60 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
Comments
SPA MUST BE CLOSED UNTIL BROMINE RESIDUAL IS 4 PPM OR ABOVE. A sign was provided stating that the spa is currently closed.
