Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. One of the hooks for the shepherd's crook was pulled off the wall, the hook was stored on the deck, and there was a hole in the wall. Repair the wall, replace the hook, and rehang the shepherd's crook.

Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. The Pool Pilot Digital "check system" light is flashing and the read out indicates that salt should be added. The sulfuric acid dispensing tubing is not correctly attached to the pH feeder and adequately controlled by the automatic chemical controller. Critical The pool pump room was locked, but had water on the floor from a leak in the PVC pipe in the circulation system. In order to reduce the risk of accidents or injury from electrical shock, it is necessary that no standing water be present in the pump room. Replace all cracked or damaged PVC pipe to stop the water leak and dry the floor. Discussed with the PIC, who indicated that a work order had been placed for the broken manifold and that the piping would be repaired as soon as possible.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(u) / Ventilation system is maintained/ free of hazards
The metal screen for ventilation between the workout room and the pump room is partially covered with plastic, is broken, and is held in place by a broom wedged within the circulation system PVC piping. In order to maintain proper ventilation in the pump room, the metal screen must be open and in good condition. Replace the broken grill and secure it in place with appropriate fasteners.

3701-31-04 (D)(8) / Acceptable test kit provided/adequate/in good repair
The comparator tube for the pool test kit is discolored and difficult to use for color comparisons. In order to correctly check the color changes that are part of pool testing, it is necessary to have a comparator tube that is clean and transparent. Replace this comparator tube.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
The personal flotation devices were available but did not have their throw lines attached. In order to correctly use the flotation devices, their throw lines have to be attached. Attached the throw lines to these flotation devices.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency device (telephone) was not working. The emergency telephone does not work - if one presses "0", it does not connect to the front desk.
