Observed combined chlorine not being tested every 12 hours when maintenance personnel is not available.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Ensure pool chemicals are tested every 12 hours when pool is open.

Repeat Observed several missing wall tiles on the inside of the pool.
Repair/replace the missing wall tiles.

Observed the door to the outside was not self-closing and lockable.
Repair the door in order to be self-closing and lockable.
