Observed a portion of the USCG Type IV personal flotation device (livesaver ring/bouy) has the rope wrapped partially through the inter openning which will hinder the time to save a drowning person to unwrap. Store with the throw rope loose to easy throw the device out in the water to aid the struggling swimmer. Monitor the rope on the safety device is checked daily to make sure if used by swimmers/hotel patrons it is stored correctly.
