3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
The flow meter was displaying a reading of 0 despite the pumps being on.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. Please replace/repair the flow meter.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(iii) / A back/spine board is provided
A back/spine board without a head immobilizer and straps was not provided at the unguarded pool due to it being taken by EMTs during an incident over the weekend.
Provide the back/spine board at the pool at all times. Please replace the back board.
