[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat Observed pH to be at equal to or greater than 8.0, which is outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
The pool was superchlorinated earlier this morning. Allow the chlorine level to return to lower levels and check the pH again. Adjust the pH level if it has not dropped back into the 7.2-7.8 range.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)/Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Observed free chlorine in the pool to be 0.5 ppm. Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above. PIC had to shut the pump off for repair and closed the pool. PIC is going to get part for the pump and will repair the pump and increase the chlorine level in the pool today. Will return to recheck chlorine level later today.
Comments
Pool was super-chlorinated earlier in the morning. The operator will monitor the chlorine and re-open when it drops below approximately 5.0 ppm. He will also monitor the pH as the chlorine level drops and alter the pH if it doesn't measure within 7.2-7.8.

The pool pump was replaced over the weekend with a new pump with the same specifications as the old pump = Hayward Super II Model # SP1625Z1MBK Serial # 28314J2. The inventory will be updated in 2016.
