Repeat Corrected During Inspection Spa water temperature was greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do not operate the spa at a water temperature greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Reduce the water temperature to 104 degrees or less.

DPD test kit was not used for testing water quality.
Obtain a DPD test kit to test water quality of the pool. Please provide a new DPD kit.
