3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Observed the combined chlorine at 2.0 ppm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the combined chlorine does not exceed 1.0 ppm. Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm. PIC will complete a superchlorination.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Observed that one drain cover was not secured.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the outlet covers are secure. Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)/pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Observed that the pH was less than 7.0.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pH is within the range of 7.2 and 8.0. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
Comments
Increase the chlorine levels and let the pool settle. The CC was still too high, but it has gotten better. Will follow up tomorrow.
