Critical There is a pool drain that does not have the required outlet cover.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not installed.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residual is only being tested once daily at pools open.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Combined chlorine was only tested once daily prior to opening, and not every 4 hours of operation.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. The covers of the filters were broken and not properly secured. The tiles and the surface of the pool were broken and in a state of disrepair.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Repair/replace any broken equipment so that it is maintained in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards shall be prevented.
The outet for the discharge pipe was underneath of the flood rim of the drain in the pump room.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pump room by raising the air gap for the discharge pipe, so that it is above the flood room of the drain.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) / Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps shall have an air gap and remain open to freely drain.
Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.

Flow meter wasn't functioning.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Repair/replace the flow meter so that it provides an accurate reading.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed ladder to have a broken step and not be securely fixed to pool deck.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that it is maintained in good repair and securely fixed to pool deck.
3701-31-04 (D)(02) / Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
Critical Corrected During Inspection There was a chlorine tablet in the pool filter, dosing the pool incorrectly.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
3701-31-04 (D)(09) / Chemicals shall not be manually added to pool when bathers present.
Corrected During Inspection Chlorine tablet was administered in the filter basket on the pool
Stop adding chemicals to the pool when bathers are present. Chlorine tablet was removed.
