The Pump identification labels was difficult to read because of past exposure to water.
Replace the missing equipment labels or have the proper equipment information on site for each piece of equipment. The operator indicated that a replacement label could be supplied.

The inside gate to the wading pool from the larger, life-guard supervised area did not always self-latch.
Repair the perimeter gate so that it self-latches. The operator had plans to adjust the tilt of the latch so it would self-latch
