[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(5) / Records are maintained for at least two years
Repeat Records were STILL not available for review. It was not possible to check for routine pool weekly and monthly testing because only a few days of logs were on-site. After the last inspection, it was indicated that the pool records would be kept on-site for review by the inspector.
In order to ensure proper monitoring of pool chemistry, it is necessary that the operator maintain all records and have them available upon request. Keep the pool records on-site and available for review by the Health District inspector.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches, especially on the west side and near the patio.
In order to prevent unauthorized access to the pool from persons climbing under the fence, it is necessary that the operator maintain and repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. Repair the fence to close the gaps.
