[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Pool water parameter of total alkalinity tested at 50 ppm. Required to have it at 60 ppm or greater for the water chemistry needed for the chlorine to work as a disinfectant agent to reduce the risk of waterborne pathogens in the water.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
One of the two USCG Type IV personal flotation devices (ring buoy) throw line is incorrectly wrapped through the device instead of hanging loosely to be able to quickly throw the line out to a struggling swimmer in the pool. Both lines are have multiple knots that decrease the length of the line. Untie the knots or replace the throw line if unable to remove the knots. When testing the pool and monitor the users during the operation hours, make sure to check and correct as needed when hotel guests incorrectly play or return the equipment to their storage spot by the pool.
