[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Observed several tiles inside the pool are missing.
The pool shall be maintained in good repair. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Replace the missing tiles.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards shall be prevented.
Observed no backflow prevention device on the hose bibb in the pool room and on the pool fill line in the pump room.
Cross connection hazards shall be prevented. Supply proper backflow prevention devices at these 2 locations.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Observed a pH reading of 7.0.
The range for pH shall be between 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(a) / DPD test kit used for testing water quality.
Observed that the operator is using a standard DPD test kit, and the free chlorine is above 5 ppm.
The test kit should measure the free, combined and total chlorine. Obtain a DPD test kit to test water quality of the pool. Either maintain total chorine at less than 5 ppm at all times, or provide a FAS-DPD test kit capable of measuring higher chlorine levels.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d)/Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Observed that the automatic chemical controller was in alarm and not functioning.
Pool shall not operate when the disinfection system is not working properly. Repair the disinfection system before reopening the pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)/Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that the pool records had not been kept since 2/28/18. Observed that many of the older pool records were not legible. Observed that the pool records did not record the time that the pool was being tested. Observed that the pool records did not report total, free, and combined chlorine.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Test for total, free, and combined chlorine and pH before the pool opens for the day and at least once every 12 hours thereafter. Be sure to record the time that the testing takes place so that compliance with rule can be verified.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi)/Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Observed that the total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Total alkalinity shall be tested no less than once a week. Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e)/Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed that the Emergency telephone was not working.
A working telephone shall be in proper working condtion while the pool is in use. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1)/Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Observed combined chlorine levels at 1.2.
The maximum combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm. Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
Comments
At follow up inspection, it was determined that the auto chem controller is not used. They are using tri-chlor in an erosion feeder.
