In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the standing water is removed from the deck. Housekeeping is aware the standing water and has placed caution signs on the deck until the water can be cleaned up.

Observed that the emergency telephone was not working.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, repair/replace the ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. PIC will work on repairing the phone.
