3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records correctly: 1. the top portion of the weekly log sheet was not completed. 2. the bromine scale was used for the small comparator tube instead of the chlorine scale.
Always fill in the weekly form completely, including the information on the top of the page. The pages were completed during the inspection. Always use the chlorine scale in this tube rather than the bromine scale. The scale was discuss with the pool operator.

The chlorine level was measured using the bromine scale on the small comparator test tube instead of the chlorine scale. Always use the chlorine scale.
