[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not maintaining operational records.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Days where the pool is open the combined chlorine, pH, and disinfection residual needs to be tested before bathers and every 12 hours when using an automatic chemical controller.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed days throughout the week where the pool was open and disinfection residuals not tested.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. .
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers. Observed days where the pool was open and the PH was not tested.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) / All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
Critical SVRS device was not tested in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Have the SVRS device tested immediately and maintain the test results on site. Test the SVRS system at least once a month.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(u) / Ventilation system is maintained/ free of hazards
Condensation was accumulating on the walls, doors and/or windows of the pool area.
Have the ventilation system inspected by a HVAC professional to determine that it is functioning properly. If necessary, repair the ventilation system so that condensation does not accumulate in the pool area.
