Observed standing water on the floor areas of the equipment room.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards the floor areas in the equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water. Remove the standing water and modify the floor so that water will flow to the drain and not be able to pool on the floor.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed the steps leading into the pool are chipping and were not in good repair.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ladders/stairs/steps shall remain in a state of good repair. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Observed the pool deck surfaces were not in good repair posing safety hazards.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, deck surfaces shall remain free of standing water and or other hazards. Repair/replace the damaged areas of the deck.
