Critical Observed that the ACC was in alarm.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the ACC alarm is repaired and the ACC is functioning and reading properly. .
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed that the emergency device (telephone) was not working.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly. Repair/replace the phone.

Comments
Dee stated that Ecolab has been out to order the new system.

Called Eugene with Ecolab about the Comfort Suites pool. Eugene has ordered the new equipment. Ecolab will be replacing the ACC & the disinfection system. He is waiting on approval from corporate for the equipment to be ordered. He stated that paperwork will be submitted to the state (ODH) for the replacement either by them or by the operator (Sami). Asked Eugene to keep me updated about the status of this project. Will follow up on May 3rd, 2019.
