Observed that the lifeguard book (pool side) has incomplete records, unorganized records and no record since 1-29-23.
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that all the records are complete with the full dates & times, chlorine levels, pH, alkalinity (weekly), water clarity and water temperature. Please ensure that all records are being maintained pool side.
