3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Perimeter barrier (fence) has a space between the building next to the pump room and the end of the fence that is large enough to allow a small kid entrance into the pool. Need to fix to eliminate this access to the pool with a space not to exceed four inches.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
Found the USCG Type IV personal flotation device (ring buoy) missing its throw line. It needs a min 30ft and no longer than 60ft in length throw line connected to the flotation device to be able to use this safety tool to assist a swimmer in need.
