3701-31-04 (C)(3)/Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Observed total alkalinity to read 40ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a)/"WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD", sign posted Observed the 'NO LIFEGUARD' sign to not include the word 'WARNING'. Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuos location at all times the pool is available for use.
