Repeat Observed that records of water testing had only been kept until 7/22/2023. In order to ensure proper chemical composition of the facility’s pool over time, chemical pool records must be maintained regularly.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)(i) / A vinyl liner used to make pool water tight
The paint layer on the floor of the pool was torn. In order to ensure that the pool is watertight, it is necessary that the paint layer be in good repair. Discussed with the person in charge.

3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Repeat Observed ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. Discussed with person in charge. Ecolab is waiting on the part to become available to correct the issue. Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed when the parts are available.
