| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o)/Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. Observed one ladder to be much more stable (with a replacement tread) and the other ladders to have replacement treads but to be still very shaky. In order to reduce the risk of accidents, it is necessary that the ladders be maintained in good condition. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps/connections so that they are slip resistant and stable. |
