[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that time of testing was not recorded on the daily logs.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Record the time of testing so that it can be verified that the testing frequency meets the requirements.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards shall be prevented.
Observed cross connection hazards at the pool fill line and also on the hose bibb located near the fill lines.
Cross connection hazards shall be prevented. Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. Provide a backflow prevention device for the hose bibb and also ensure air gaps on the pool fill line.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Observed that the Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Observed the ORP value to be below the 650mv requirement, but the chlorine level was at an acceptable value, this indicates that the ACC is not working properly.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii)/A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Observed that the personal flotation device did not have a minimum of 30 foot throw line.
Atleast one approved floation device with a one-quarter inch diameter line not less than 30 ft or more than 60ft. Provide a proper floatation device at all times. Provide a throw line of 30-60ft.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d)/First aid kit provided
Obsersved that a first aid kit was not provided.
Safety equipment shall be readily visible from the public pool and easily accessible. Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times. First aid kit shall include disposible gloves and a sufficient supply of materials to stop bleeding.
Comments
ACC is not functioning properly, but the operator is manually monitoring it throughout the day. Operator is working on ordering a new ACC for the pool by the summer time. We will check up on this at the next monthly inspection. Operator has ordered a new bouy rope and first aid kit. Operator is working on getting a backflow prevention device that is ASSE 1011.
