[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Observed that one drain cover was not secured.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the outlet covers are secure. Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat Observed that the pH was less than 7.0.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pH is within the range of 7.2 and 8.0. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Observed that the total alkalinity was 50 ppm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the alkalinity is at 60 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Observed the pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was 0.5 ppm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the free chlorine levels are above 1 ppm. Treat the pool to increase the chlorine level. Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
