[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat Observed the pH to be at 8.0 or higher.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range of 7.2 to 7.8.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(4) / Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 2 ppm.
Critical Repeat Observed the Spa free chlorine to be at 1 ppm.
Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above. Close the Spa until the water can be tested above 1 ppm.
