In order to reduce the risk of potential health hazards, ensure that a DPD test kit is used. Obtain a DPD test kit to test water quality of the pool. Kit must be able to test for free chlorine, combined chlorine or the bromine residual.

Observed that the test kit on site was could not test the levels of chlorine.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that a FAS-DPD test kit is used. Obtain a FAS-DPD test kit immediately.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed that the emergency telephone was not working.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Repair/replace the phone. Also, post a sign at the phone to instruct partons to press "0" for front desk.
