No access for inspection was provided. Provide access to the equipment room and all areas that need to be inspected. |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required. Observed the free chlorine residual to only be 0.4 ppm. Free chlorine shall be maintained above 1 ppm at all times of operation. In accordance with Board of Health Regulations this pool must be closed. |
