Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.

3701-31-04 (B)(5) / Records are maintained for at least two years
The daily/weekly records are better, but are not complete. The dates are not consistently written on the forms, there is incorrect information for the pool turnover rate.
Correct all incorrect notes on the records and maintain all records so they are available upon request. For the pool records, provide the "week beginning" date in the top right corner of the record. For the pool records, the surface area = 480 and the turnover rate = 21.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
The flow meter is "stuck" by hard water deposits and does not show the flow rate of the water. Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Clean, repair, or replace this flowmeter.
3701-31-04 (D)(8) / Acceptable test kit provided/adequate/in good repair
The test cell for the DPT test kit does not have a lid for the small cylinder.
Obtain a cell lid for the small cell so that tests can be easily done without contaminating the water sample.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device is provided, but it does not have a 30 -60 foot throw line attached to it.
Provide a 30-60 foot throw line for this ring and attach it to the ring.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Obtain or make signs that say either "Children Must be Supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" and post these signs on the walls of the pool room at all times the pool is available for use.
