3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Observed that the facility is not keeping/maintaining a consistent record.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Free, combined and total chlorine, pH, temperature and clarity need to be recorded daily before the bathers enter the water. Also check the alkalinity at least once a week. Record the date and time that the water is being tested for good record keeping.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that the pool is not being tested and recorded.
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Ensure that the pool is checked before bathers enter and every 12 hours while open and recorded on logs.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)(ii) / The interior surfaces white or of an approved color
Repeat Observed that the paint at the bottom of the pool is not in good repair and is no longer an approvable color.
In order to reduce the risk of endangering bathers, ensure that the pool is repainted with an approved color. Ensure that the lane lines and diving marks are repainted so that they can be visibly seen by bathers. Correct By: 31-Jul-2019
