[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(u) / Ventilation system is maintained/ free of hazards
Observed that the ventialation system is the pool room was not working properly with little to no air flow.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pool room ventilation system is repaired/replaced. PIC stated they have obtained a couple of estimates at this point. CCCHD will continue to track the progress of this repair.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. PIC voluntarily closed the pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. PIC voluntarily closed the pool.
