Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. Checked daily logs for pool and noted that total alkalinity does not appear to be checked every week. In order to ensure proper pool chemistry and pH stability, it is necessary that pool alkalinity be maintained and checked every week.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided. Observed that a first aid kit was not available in an easily accessible location for patrons. Discussed this with the person in charger who provided a first aid kit and stated that he would develop a plan to keep the first aid kit easily accessible at all times.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
