Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

Observed- Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.Flow meter is stuck. To ensure proper filtration. Fix or replace flow meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Observed- Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Phone was not attached to wall. To reduce health hazard in time of emergency.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
