3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d) / Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed that the circulation system was not operating properly at the time of the inspection (flow meter reading at 40 GPM).
In order to reduce the risk of contamination, ensure that the circulation system is functioning properly. Increase the flow rate of the pool to a minimum of 69 GPM. Discussed with PIC.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Observed an empty first aid kit.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that a first aid kit is supplied. Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times. Must be supplied with sufficient supplies to stop bleeding and disposable gloves.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed emergency device (telephone) was not working.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Discussed with PIC.
