The valve housing on the piping to the heater has a small leak.
All plumbing must be maintained. Repair the leak. The operator has an appointment with a plumber to repair the leaking housing.

Two ladders have rust-damaged treads
All ladders must be maintained. The operator has rust treatment paint for the damaged ladders.

The label on the pump is difficult to read because of past exposure to water.
Replace the missing equipment labels or have the proper equipment information on site for each piece of equipment. The operator will obtain a replacement label.
