Observed- 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Shepherd's crook was not provided.To reduce potential health hazard. Main.sup. to fix pole so that it is 12foot long and non-telescopic also replace plastic zip holding hook with stainless steel bolts.
Provide the non-telescopic reach pole and personal floatation device at the pool at all times.
