[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed that the free chlorine was at 1.5 ppm.
The free chlorine shall be maintained at or above 2.0 ppm. The owner raised the chlorine to over 2.0 during the inspection thereby correcting this critical violation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Observed that spa water quality parameters are being tested twice daily.
The spa chlorine shall be checked before operation and at least once every 12 hours thereafter. The spa pH shall be checked before operation and at least once every 4 hours thereafter. Other testing requirements were within the requirements of rule. Change water testing schedule to meet requirements of rule.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
There is an alarm for "low flow" on the spa auto chemical controller.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Repair the auto chemical controller to abate the alarm.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was 1.5 ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
