| COMPLAINT: Complainant stated that there was sewage backing up into the men's restroom and that there is a non-functioning toilet. FINDINGS: Maintenance worker Zack stated that there had been an issue with the middle urinal in the men's restroom. The wax ring had failed and was in the process of being replaced. Water was available to be used in the restroom and only the indicated toilet had its service temporarily disabled. The maintenance worker stated taht the facility does not ahve a company credit card and instead has to wait until the owner clears expenses and issues the necessary funds, resulting in a longer time to get the issue fixed. Considering these findings, the complaint is considered to be in SUMMARY COMPLAINCE. |
