3701-31-04 (B)(1)(f) / Lifeguards are on duty
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed lifeguard to be on duty, but not at poolside. The lifeguard was in the building, sitting at a table, rather then in the lifeguard seat where he could monitor the pools.
Do not operate the pool when lifeguards are required but are involved with other tasks. The lifeguard moved out to the pool during the inspection. Please retrain the lifeguard to stay at poolside when pool is open.
