Observed a flotation device with a less than 1/4" diameter throw line.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with a 1/4" diameter, 30 -60 foot throw line shall be provided at the unguarded pool. Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
