The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Observed that records had not been recorded for Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Please ensure that tests required daily (free and combined chlorine, temperature, and pH) are recorded daily before the pool opens and records are maintinaed for each day.
