3701-31-04 (B)(3) / Staff is trained and knowledgeable
Observed that the staff is not well trained or knowledgeable out the pool maintenance.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the staff is trained in pool operations, operation of equipment, chemical storage, use and handling and appropriate emergency procedures. Recommend have an operator take a certified pool operator course.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed that the emergency device (telephone) was not working.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Repair/replace the phone.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Observed that the combined chlorine was at 10.0 ppm.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, the combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm. Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
