Repeat Corrected During Inspection Emergency device (telephone) was not working. The cell phone provided for an emergency phone was not charged and could not be used for emergency calls in the event of an emergency. In order to ensure a prompt response by emergency personnel in the event of an emergency, it is necessary that a working telephone be provided at the poolside. Always provide a working telephone for emergency use. Discussed with the PIC, who took the telephone into the office and charged it during the inspection. He indicated that from now on, he would check the telephone EVERY DAY and plug it into the telephone charger as needed to keep it charged and able to be used.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
