3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a) / Pool structure is water tight
The pool structure was cracked, in disrepair and/or leaking water. The new paint layer on the floor of the pool was cracked and torn, with holes in the surface. In order to ensure that the pool is watertight, it is necessary that the paint layer be in good repair. Repaint the pool. Discussed with the person in charge, who indicated that the pool was scheduled to be closed again within the next month to allow the pool to be re-drained and repainted.
Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.
