3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. The paint on the base of the handicapped lift chair was very chipped and the metal was starting to rust.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Please check this chair and fix the base so it is protected from the corrosive effects of pool water.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook was not provided at the unguarded pool. The crook was no longer attached to the pole.
Provide a 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with a shephed's crook in the pool area at all times. Repair the pole and crook so that the crook is securely attached to the pole so that it is fully usable in the event of an emergency where someone needs to be pulled from the pool.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
